A few years ago, while staying with his family near Canterbury, a small town in eastern England, Chef Eric Bost shared his love of foraging with his son, Ethan.

Chef Eric was spending the month of September working with Miles Irving, author of The Forager Handbook and one of the world’s leading authorities on wild foods.  Although foraging is usually a very involved process, Ethan would occasionally join the team on endeavors, enamored by the sense of discovery and adventure.
